Be my next success story.
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones. I lost 120 lbs myself, then built the system that did it — and when you are ready, I want yours to be the next story I tell.
No invented testimonials. No fake before-and-afters. Just an honest start.
The Problem
Fat loss that never sticks.
You've lost it before. It came back.
You dieted hard, dropped the weight, and watched it climb back the moment life got loud. You are not weak — you were handed a plan that only worked while you were suffering.
Diets that quit when you do.
Extreme cuts and banned foods leave you confused and drained. You want to lose fat without the confusion or extreme fad diets — a method you can actually live with.
No time, no energy left.
Between shift work, kids, and everything else, there is nothing left at the end of the day. A plan that needs willpower you do not have is a plan built to fail you.
The Method
I build sustainable systems — progressive overload, calorie budgeting, and macro-based nutrition — so the fat stays off and the life stays on.
Progressive Overload
Strength that compounds week over week, building muscle that raises the calories you burn at rest.
Calorie Budgeting
Eat freely inside numbers that fit your life — the foods you love become line items, not cheats.
The Mindset Aspect of Fitness
The part most coaches skip. Habits in the gym and kitchen start in the head, and that is where we do the work.
How It Works
Audit
We look at where you are, what you have tried, and what your week actually allows.
Build
You get a calorie budget, macro targets, and a training plan that fits your life.
Show Up
You train and eat to the plan, and we adjust it as your body responds.
Keep It
We build the habits and mindset that keep the weight off after the scale stops moving.
Show Up Strong
Energy for the life and the ones who depend on you.
FAQ
The questions that stop you.
I've lost weight and regained it before. Why would this stick?
Because it is not built on motivation. It is a system — progressive overload, a calorie budget, and mindset work — that runs when you are exhausted, not only when you are inspired. That is the difference between losing and keeping it.
I hate dieting. Is this another restrictive plan?
No. This is a budget, not a diet. You spend calories on the foods you already eat and keep the ones you love inside it. Restriction is what fails; a budget is what lasts.
I don't have willpower. Can I still do this?
Willpower is exactly what we remove from the equation. The system makes the right choice the default, so you are not white-knuckling every meal. You do not need more discipline — you need a system that does not depend on it.
I'm a busy parent and shift worker. When do I train?
We build the plan around the week you actually have — three or four short, progressive sessions, not hour-long ordeals. If your week shifts, the plan bends with it instead of breaking.
About Jose
I lost 120 lbs. Now I hand the system to you.
I got into training after a pre-diabetic health scare and knew I had to lose fat and build muscle before it was too late. I dropped 120 lbs, and the part that finally worked was not a fad — it was a system I could keep.
Loyalty and showing up are not just for the gym. The people who depend on you get the version of you this work builds — steadier, stronger, with something left at the end of the day. That is the point of the method, not a side effect.
